"A perfect house and location for all the family to celebrate my 60th and our Granddaughter’s 1st Birthday."

The house was spacious and every room looked just like the photos. It was very well stocked, and we had everything we needed. Every room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. All the beds and mattresses were so comfortable. The garden was beautiful and well stocked. The location was idyllic. Our hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our additional requests.

"Good, clean property but traffic noise affected sleep."

Clean, tidy, good kitchen and bathrooms.

Strange directions to a property which is actually straight opposite a pub—on a busy road, which is probably why they don’t mention being opposite the pub!

"Superb home away from home near Chatsworth House"

Everything else was perfect: Location, (location, location), condition, kitchen utilities (we cooked every day for breakfast & dinner), garden, bathrooms, stove, entertainment, stove & candles, and books 📚! Highly recommended particularly if you want peace of mind as a family with children.

The fridge had a small issue (it froze up) that may need addressing. The main frying pan lost a bit of its non-stick feature and may need refreshing.

clean, great location, very well equipped, fantastic beds. And wonderful hosts. The home made choc chip cookies are addictive.
