Lavender Retreat Shepherds Hut with private hot tub

Lovely shepherd hut with hot tub surrounded by beautiful countryside.

There was nothing you could not like .

Very peaceful and beautiful surrondings. Literally at the foot of the roaches.

Such a peaceful location with stunning views & fantastic walks from the site. The hot tub was a perfect treat after a 10mile walk to Lud’s Church & the local pub in walking distance served great food.

Not a dislike but a suggestion - the description of the facilities didn’t include the hob & oven, I think it would be useful to add them on

The location was brilliant, right In the heart of the Peak District and a local town for food etc.

The road to the property could do with some serious work, a lot of pot holes and difficult to get down in a standard car. In addition, the pots provided for cooking were quite old and difficult to cook with, lost their non stick etc. the chairs to sit outside are also very uncomfortable and on a slight slant.

Great view of the surrounding countryside. Really nice to wake up to the sunrise.

The track up to the area is filled with potholes. I suggest using caution and driving up there in daylight.
