Świetna lokalizacja, blisko sklep i przystanek autobusowy, osiedle za bramkami gdzie stał strażnik, sporo policji. Bezpieczna okolica. Zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Jest taras. Przejściówka europejska jest jak by co. Dojechaliśmy około 23, wszystko było w instrukcji na WhatsApp jak wejść do mieszkania. Kontakt z właścicielem obiektu bezproblemowy.

Die Wohnung sieht komfortabel aus und ist sehr geräumig. Es gibt ausreichend Geschirr. Das Bett war bequem. Die Lage am Wasser ist sehr beeindruckend.

Es gab einige kleine Mängel. Die Lampe in der Küche funktionierte nicht. Im Spülbecken fehlte ein Stöpsel, der Vermieter informierte uns, dass wir das Wasser beim Geschirrspülen laufen lassen sollen🙄. In der Küche war einiges unsauber. (Scheinbar macht hier der letzte Gast für die nächsten Gäste sauber). Die Jalousie fehlte in der Küche, so dass Vorbeigehende die Wohnung einsehen konnten. Der Schrank war eher eine unordentliche Abstellkammer. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse sahen nicht mehr schön aus.

No me gusto la limpieza, muy mala. Toallas y toallones insuficientes,, tuve que reclamar por mas. Cortinas del lugar rotas o inexistentes. Los pocos dias que estuve, antes de cancelar la estadia prematuramente no tuvimos agua caliente. Lugar falto de mantenimiento.

Very good location in safe, quiet neighborhood close to beaches, state park and grocery store. Specious and clean apartment. We loved a back porch where we spent most of our time. It is partially covered so we used it on rainy days

Air conditioners are quite noisy. The place needs a set of new cooking pots. It literally has three old worn out cheap teflon pots and no lids

The location was very convenient for me, and the apartment has strong potential. I also really appreciated the property manager, who was extremely responsive and helpful via WhatsApp throughout my stay.

Several comfort issues: the air conditioning was extremely noisy and unusable; fortunately, it was December, so I could turn it off. The pillows were far too thin (about 2 cm thick), making it impossible to sleep properly, so I had to buy my own. And finally, the hot water ran out after about two minutes, making normal showers difficult. Indeed, to get hot water, I had to turn off the cold water, which resulted in only a thin stream of hot water—insufficient for a normal shower (not even considering water pressure).
