Everything was perfect. The house was lovely and it was like home from home. It had everything we needed and was a quaint, yet gorgeous, house. Phil was an excellent host and very helpful. He even left us some treats on our arrival! The beds were comfy, and the house was decorated really well and modern. I loved every minute of my birthday weekend with friends and would totally recommend it; I would stay again.

Small and perfect, the owner has tried to think of everything, much better equipped than a lot of the larger 4 & 5 bedroom properties I usually stay in with family. A short stroll to the beach with walks in both directions, easy to walk into Lowestoft along the promenade. Great base for exploring this beautiful part of Suffolk.

Property exactly as described; newly refurbished to a very good standard; comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen; secure and secluded rear yard. A short walk to the cliff top and then down to the beach, which is open all year round for dogs - brilliant. Several pubs within easy walking distance - we had a meal at the Jolly Sailor, which was good and the pub had a great atmosphere (and was also dog friendly). Quiet location with on-street parking - most of the time we managed to park right outside the cottage and on one occasion we parked on the opposite side of the road.
