Spacious 4 Bedroom Maisonette in Central Matlock with River Views & Wi-Fi

Everything! It was absolutely perfect. The massage chair was immense, and the little notes etc were well thought out. As a group of friends staying for a walking weekend, we loved being able to sit and dine together at the large table. There was a lovely welcome gift and plenty of space for all. The showers were lovely and hot, and the kitchen had all we needed. Loved it, thank you <3

Very spacious and superb location. Very comfortable; especially the beds. Great facilities. Homely feel. We had two great nights at the property and made some special memories. Brendan and Sarah were very communicative and checked in to make sure everything was good for us and that we’d settled in. That was a nice touch.

There are quite a lot of stairs into the property so if there is someone with bad issues or limited mobility; that can be a challenge. Some of the carpets could do with a really good hoover; especially near the skirting boards but generally very clean.

Amazing house and spotlessly clean. Lots of space, good facilities and great showers.

Quite difficult to access if you have a disability, or cannot climb stairs.

You have to have good mobility as there are lots of steps up. Entrance way is not ideal and yes torches very useful as the alleyway is dark.
