Spacious 4 Bedroom Maisonette in Central Matlock with River Views & Wi-Fi

Lots of space for 8 adults but also about 50 steps from ground floor to front door. Parking literally 20 metres away.

The steps

The location was excellent. We enjoyed exploring the town and there were interesting shops and places to eat and drink on our doorstep so no need to drive anywhere. Sainsburys the Coop and M and S Food all very close. We loved watching the Boxing Day Raft Race from an ideal and quiet location. The vicinity to the park was great so we could all blow the Christmas cobwebs away.

We had 8 adults staying over Christmas with lots of eating and drinking so could have done with more plates and cutlery.

This property offers everything we needed for a short 3 day stay to do some walking. Location is right in the heart of town, so easy access to everything we needed, from access to walks, eateries, pubs or coffee. The accommodation is high end and the hosts really have thought about everything you might need, it really is a lovely old house with spacious rooms

Lovely apartment. Very clean, beds were very comfy. Great location with everything in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house, really spacious, great location, well stocked kitchen so easy to cook. Really good value for money.

The staircases to get in

Beautiful 2 storey, 4 double bedroomed, large, very comfy, homely, extremely well equipped apartment. The massage chair was a real highlight.

The alley way leading to it and all the steps up to it

Wonderful stay, really big, bright spacious home, clean, tidy, and had the most restful night as did all of us. Really taken back by seeing a small welcome gift. Very charming and nice touch! Would highly recommend.
