Spacious 4 Bedroom Maisonette in Central Matlock with River Views & Wi-Fi

It was truely spacious lovely setting it really felt like being at home it was a good base for where ever we wanted to go shops and restaurants within easy walk but the house love the bedrooms with chairs you can sit on and read living room so relaxing

Nothing to complain about at all only thing not to do with house lights in the alleyway sometimes didn't come on parts we used torches on our phones

The apartment is lovely and very central. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. As a family we couldn't fault the comfort.

The access is not ideal. I am disabled and I found the 6 or 7 flights of stairs very difficult and painful 😖.With no outside space it was also very difficult for my dogs and for the toddlers in my family.This should be specified in the property details. We did message the owners as we only had one tea towel, one ice tray and one oven shelf and as there were 6 adults and 3 children this did cause a few issues. The owners said they would contact their cleaners to supply us with more tea towels but none materialised.Parking was an issue too .

Very clean, spacious, and comfortable and the location is excellent.

Perfect location, helpful hosts with plenty of information before our stay. Spacious property and all the little things were provided (oil, washing tabs etc)

Only thing was pillows were very squishy so we’re flat very quickly.

They signage everywhere was very helpful, we’d be lost without it. The massage chair was amazing, we all made use of it. Also lights around tv was amazing.

The stairs going up to the house or outside - doesn’t justify the amazing inside of the house

It was a fabulous property, the views were gorgeous. Everything we needed was there, we had a slight problem with one of the smoke detectors, but the owners sorted it out as soon as we told them. The little notes left round the property made us smile. The massage chair was loved by some (a very interesting experience 😂😂). We were celebrating my sister’s 60th and it made the celebration special.

As said before by other guests the stairs to gain interest, but all said and done when you walked into the property it made the climb worthwhile xx

Great location., lots of shops to have a look around, great bars (the wine bar below was great) and restaurants, all within walking distance. On a bus route that took us to our destination for a lush Sunday diner. Very friendly town. Lovely park. All the rooms in the house were very spacious.

Didn't have a garden, but we were able to go to the park..Didn't realise there was so many stairs leading to the entrance to the house, one of our party was not as mobile as the rest of us, so she did struggle alittle. There was 9 of us in our party (all females) an extra bathroom would have been nice, but it was not the end of the world, we still had a fantastic time.
