Stunning One Bedroom Duplex Apartment In Heart of Jewellery Quarter

I disliked no hand soap in bathroom, No rag for cleaning bathroom or able wipe down surfaces. And biggest disappointment no hot water very upset.

The fact that the tv was working and the code to the door was simple is the only thing I enjoyed but the cons outweigh the pros.

It was awful , we got there the house was freezing I tried to communicate with the host but they started to ignore our calls very unprofessional. The window was broke in the living room and the heater upstairs in the room did not work to the point we had to bring the mattress downstairs and sleep downstairs where there was dust on the floor nobody helped us and we slept like that for most of our stay. The hot water wasn’t hot at all! And they told us to use YouTube n read the pdf manual ourselves to fix it like I didn’t pay more than enough money for it to be sorted when I get there we are not at home!! Ontop of all of this stress the cooker took a while to work and we had to use a YouTube video which we then figured we need a specific type of pot to make it work.there was no sponge to wash the dishes I had to use kitchen towel which I have evidence off . And there was a ventilation noise in the living room which wouldn’t stop, it was constant the whole stay which was very unpleasant.

The heater in the bedroom did not work so it was petty cold and underneath the sofa was quite dirty we only noticed because we were looking for something

Beautiful apartment. Very clean. Spiral staircase which was an added aesthetic. Great facilities and decor. Great location. 15 min walk to city centre. 5 min walk to Tesco

The window in the living room was broken and wouldn't close so was cold in there.

Well laid out

Room wasn’t ready even though i informed the property that I’d check in an hour late. Empty can under sofa and bed which showed cleaning wasn’t well done.

It was flawless and very nice apartment close to the center of the city and a nice neighborhood.
