Beautiful apartment in the heart of Rochester

Location was the absolute best. Including train station, township attractions (cathedral and castle), cafes and restaurants. Excellent value! Friendly accommodating hosts

All only minor issues Quite alot of stairs to second floor living area and kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom were on the third floor. no shampoo no soap Fridge door had no handle so tricky to open.

Brilliant location on the High Street minutes from station, cathedral, castle, restaurants etc. Met by friendly owner. Flat was nicely laid out and quite stylish. Good to have access to range of tv channels Really good value.

Could have done with more kitchen stuff eg. we had pizzas in first night and had to improvise without baking trays. No handles on cupboards/fridge etc was odd and awkward but we managed ok.

The location was exactly where we wanted to be. The flat was visually stunning and very well planned, super kitchen with all mod cons.

For us golden oldies, too many stairs both inside (handrail please) and outside the flat and a downstairs loo would have been a bonus (I know, impossible), but it was so unique we would stay there again if we get the chance.

Friendly host met us on arrival. It was clean, spacious, great location.

A bit noisy on Saturday night but to be expected due to location. Bedroom window looks onto the Trainline so a bit of noise from that. But again, if you want central, you’ll get a bit of noise.

The location was good.

It was rather shabby and could do with a good clean as stairs ( inside the flat ) were dirty, the windows, skirting, radiator, in the lounge area, was very dirty. Dining chairs were very tatty and worn. The taps in the bath were leaking underneath the bath and making puddles in the bathroom. We also didn’t have any tv only Netflix
