I hated the property.

Right let’s start off with I was not greeted at the door. I was told if no one at the front desk I had to wait for someone else to leave for me to get in. After an hour of waiting downstairs. I finally got to the room and it was so bad. Floor board ripped up. No shower head dirty towels, no toilet seat, no tv, no heating, I complained to the host to be told housekeeper will be round. It’s absolutely disgusting please don’t waste your money very disappointed and angry I also left the room and had to stay somewhere else and it was so dirty. Also there no lights in the bathroom

The house was disgusting! There wasn't a toilet seat on the toilet. The kitchen was missing floor boards. The carpets were vile along with the skirting board. The bed looked like it'd been slept it and the smell was awful. I didnt end up staying here I went to a premier inn, this is not fit for someone to stay in!

Cleaning standards poor. Open food packets left in the kitchen cupboards. Lights in bathroom not working. Shower head broken

The flat has clearly had a serious water leak recently, there is an overpowering smell of mould and the laminate flooring was damaged to the point of being a trip hazard. The main lights in the bathroom didn't work as the switch was broken. The toilet seat was on the floor next to the toilet. Everything was covered in stains. There was a pizza box on top of one of the cabinets with months old pizza in it. Kitchen and bathroom counters littered with new and used cleaning product containers, mop and bucket just left out in the bathroom. Flat was filled with someone's personal possessions including legal documents, food, even an old pair of slippers in the wardrobe that no longer had doors. Check in was at 3 but had to wait for 'housekeeping' until 5 before I could get in, but after 10 minutes, the flat was so disgusting, I decided I would just pay for a taxi home after the wedding instead of having to go back there.

Nothing as I didn’t even stay there my checking was at 3 I called the owner for keys and no answer I had traveled from wales and was exhausted I had to book a hotel room and then received a msg for booking at 9 which was ridiculous

Could not get access except by resident - Telephone help had a 15 minute wait advertised so aborted as I hadn't enough money on my phone - A resident lady came to my aid, taking me up to my flat, tried to get into my flat with pin unsuccessfully, used her mobile to ring help line told 15 minutes talked to someone very helpful after 37 minutes, lady gave me nearly 1 hour of her time. - rooms spacious, bath very much appreciated - lower bed sheet wrinkled, bed looked unmade - Toilet seat 1 fastener out so seat moved freely - Flush bottom had to be held to get incomplete clearance - no tea provided - cupboards full of welcome previous quests left overs in disarray - 4 bottles cleaning liquid on basin in bathroom, NO SOAP - 3 separate buckets/brushes/cleaning scattered around the flat - NO BEDSIDE TABLE ESSENTIAL OR CHAIR FOR CLOTHES WHEN GOING TO BED - GOOD VIEW

It has to be one of the worst places we have ever been too. We didn’t even end up staying. It hadn’t been cleaned, empty vodka bottle and dishes left around, stains on the carpet and walls. The bed sheets had stains on them along with the couch. Food left in the fridge, used bathroom toiletries left lying around along with hair in the drain. We messages the owner for her to say it had been cleaned and she would not issue a refund. I then sent her the photos for her to say it was general wear and tear - you can decide that by the pictures I’ve added below and that’s only 4 that they allow. Shouldn’t even be allowed in booking.com in my opinion.
