Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Busy and noisy area, late night and early morning disturbance above roof of staffroom. Washroom door has no lock from outside and remains open. Smoking smell was there.

"Ok place to stay"

The room were comfortable and clean

The walls are too thin and outside noises keep on bothering you. The service staircase door is creaky and loud, almost everyone in adjoining rooms were bothered by it. The staff at reception is not friendly. Also, while booking the website doesn’t ask for prebooking amount but immediately hotel started sending mails to pay half the amount in advance. On arrival you have to pay the other half.

The staff were very friendly and the place was hygienic and food was healthy and tasty, they allowed early check in too
