Hotel City Express Udaipur - My Downtown Hotels

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, we had arrived earlier than our check in time and they let us rest in the lounge area and gave us a room as soon as they could. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The bus stand and train station are very close, walkable distance. We were also allowed to stay in the lounge area after our checkout time as we had a late evening train. The staff were very helpful and took great care of our stay here.

We were allotted room 301, the door entrance and the eating area are right in front of each other blocked by only a few pots, so at times it felt like we didn't have much privacy.

Overall the hotel was good, it was in a nice place, hygiene has been maintained. The staff and the management was good, even we checked out, they allow us to keep our luggage and even to use their lounge.

The room service was little bit late, sometimes to order water we have to ask them more than 3 times. On the day of check out we asked them to provide us stuffs for kettle tea, but it didn't arrived, though it was not free
