Location is not good

It's in market and lots of noise , no view

Convenient location. In our room we had a leaking tap. Admin moved us to another room prior to complain the next day - that was a nice and a proactive move from their side.

Please check the cups in your room before you use them. We had a broken cup (handle from the cup fell off when my friend picked it up from the table to make tea) and as a results we were asked to pay 200 Rupee for it at the check out. When I asked to verify this amount "200 Rupee???" They said "Ok, 150." Also, they asked us to pay twice - I paid, and half an hour later they asked our group lead to pay again as they told him " we are not sure whether she paid." I understand that this country is full of opportunists and everyone tries to get as much as possible from the tourists, whenever is possible, so just be mindful :)

The breakfast was delicious. The portion, quality of items served and taste all were just excellent. The staff were helpfull enough to assist us with that.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.

There was a time when the hotel staff entered our rooms in our absence without permission. although, nothing was missing from the room but it did leave us worried and concerned. The breakfast included in the price was average and half the items on the menu were not available.
