"relaxing and good food"

We had a fantastic time here! Assunta’s cooking is TOP NOTCH and the property location is postcard perfect. It was so quiet every night and was the perfect spot to escape the cities for a while during our Italy vacation. We had a great time on the hike and e-bike ride with Rudiger and hope to return in the future. Would recommend it to anyone!!

You need a car to reach. The location is perfect and there are great views down to Sienna across the trees and valleys. Beautiful landscaping and kitchen garden with pool. Really nice patio areas outside rooms. Family style dining with exceptional hosts - Assunta and Reudiger. Food was great and company of other travelers was a real plus.

I did not find anything I did not like. To me it was an ideal location with really great ambience- deer, hawks, wild boar and far, yet very close to larger towns.

"Fantastic views, food and hosts!"

Our stay with Assunta was fantastic, she was very welcoming and a great host. Whilst podere l'aquila is a little out of the way it makes for some amazing views of the rolling hills of chianti and being nestled in the hills was so peaceful. Our apartment casa paragi was everything we'd hoped for, a lovely quiant little Italian villa. To finish it off Assunta is an amazing cook, whilst we only dined there one evening (regretfully) the food was very tasty and was a great opportunity to meet the other guest. We'll definitely return when we get the chance!

"Excellet"

Amazing house, the location is breathtaking. They have a very good breakfast and dinner. Friday they have fresh pizza made at the brick oven at the house. Assunta and Ruddy are excellent hosts. We love our stay.
