Nice, quiet, nice staff

The road getting here was remote with cratersize potholes.

Juan carlos the manager and his team were amazing, we had a magnificent time and fell in love with tulum and Mexico, the chef manny was one of the best chefs whose food we had! The room was amazing, private pool and jacuzzi and they upgraded us for our honey moon! Would definitely recommend and tell family to go there!

They could have cleaned the jacuzzi and pool a bit better. The maid left a card introducing herself and asking for a tip.. but we never saw her. Don’t be so beggy. Road was annoying to drive down. It’s about 10 minutes of irritating bumps and puddles.

Everything was excellent, that’s the best price value hotel around, the staff was so kind and attentive, for exemple my friend was sick at the end of our trip and they cooked something for her to feel better, the director was so disponible for us, everyone was perfect, I recommend, that’s a must ! The facilities were good and comfort. Easily competitive with a 5 stars hotel.

private pool is nice but was not clean

very secluded and taxis are unable to find the unit, we had a family emergency and was told that we would receive an update by the end of the month, it has now been 2 months later and we've received no communication after repeatedly reaching out to the establishment. our stay here lasted 1 day but was supposed to be here for 6.

The stay was pleasant because of the privacy of the flat, surrounded by nature and quiet.

The roads to get there are unpaved with large potholes that risk damaging your car. The kitchen is almost unusable due to the lack of proper equipment. Not recommended.

Maria made us feel important and helped us with things we needed. She's an asset to the hotel. Great customer service. Room was a great, private, and comfortable. We'd love to stay there again.

An amazing place in the middle of the Mayan jungle, to get away from the routine and disconnect from the noise of the big cities. If you are looking for tranquility and privacy, this is the ideal place. Just minutes from the town and the hotel zone. I loved Villa 5, with its private pool and jacuzzi on the roof. The restaurant has excellent fresh food,prepared at the moment by Chef Mane. The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times. Thanks to her manager Mrs. Elvira Espinosa and her staff who, despite the situation at the end of the stay due to Hurricane Beryl, provided excellent service. I will definitely return.
