Family home in central Guildford with Parking

Return visit it’s so good the first time

Clean, spacious and great water pressure

Could be closer to the town but it's not that bad.

The location was good. the townhouse was suitable for our family size. The kitchen was nice.

The lockbox was difficult to get into because it was so low to the ground in a pebbled car park. The entryway smelled of mildew. The stairs and the walls were scuffed and dirty. The furniture was very dirty even covered with a blanket to cover the stains. the carpet was very dirty. The beds and the pillows were uncomfortable and didn't smell fresh. The bathroom on the top floor was filled with mold and the toilet was very dirty filled with stains. The owner should have advertised that there were a lot of stairs. the kitchen pots and pans were old teflon and scratched up.

Good quiet location, spacious and bright.

Lovely place, quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to centre.

Good shower, good parking, warm. Reasonable kitchen. TV & internet good.

Although advertised for 6 and there were beds for 6 there were only 3 comfy seats ie one double sofa and a single comfy chair. The forth person could sit on one of the two bar chairs.
