Nova Inn Resort

Pool was closed. No stores in walking distance

Located on a good area. Seems fairly new.

This is a bare minimum hotel. The room had two bath towels. No cups or glasses in the room, no extra blanket. TV did not work and there were no instructions to try to get it to work. Heater smelled horrible when it was on.

The price was reasonable, the room was clean & comfortable, the a/c worked, and it was quiet at night.

Nothing useful was in walking distance, and the kitchen included no utensils, pots/pans, or cups.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The place in newly renovated. So looks rather nice. Some things were missing in the room due to the recent renovation, so I made a list and the staff imediately accomodated. That was impressive.

The pool didn't have a permit, so could only enjoy sitting around it. There is no acces to the beachfront. It is a 10 min drive in each direction.

Lovely and attentive staff, clean and good location

I love the front desk staff as they were accommodating and welcoming eveytime.

I disliked the internet the most as it is more unavailable most of the days I had stayed.

The hotel and the rooms were decent. There was also a large parking area, which was convenient.

The main issue was that this was the first hotel that refused to accept a Canadian driver’s license as an ID. This was a very unpleasant surprise and felt quite unusual for a hotel in the United States. Additionally, the address/location was confusing — the navigation directed us to a different spot, which made the hotel difficult to find.
