"Nice small cottage perfect for a short stay."

Lovely location. Equipped well.

Bedding not good on single bed. Cold on arrival . Heating should have been on for our arrival on a cold day. Took some time to work out how to use the heating and underfloor heating takes hours to be effective.

"Cosy relaxing stay in a characterful cottage"

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage, it was warm and cosy and a perfect place to relax at the end of the day, though compact it had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We especially loved the log burning stove which we don't have at home that was a real treat. The area around is beautiful with lots of places to go and things to do we would recommend Bolton castle and the Leyburn Shawl walk.

There was nothing we didn't like, weather was pretty awful for 2 days but it didn't spoil our trip.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful village

Nothing to do with the cottage. Only disappointment was the pub in the village was below par (especially the pizzas)

Location was brilliant. Cottage was cosy and welcoming. Communication was excellent from the owners. We came away well refreshed from our break.

Smell from the boiler and the loud noises which seem to come from the heating system. No proper place to park.
