Nhân viên cực kì thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp. Rất nhiều tiện ích, hỗ trợ check in sớm nhanh gọn, buffet sáng ngon, có khu vui chơi trong nhà, gia đình có các bé nên đến đây nha mn, cây cối hoa cỏ xanh tốt và rất đẹp, một nơi yên bình để nghỉ dưỡng cho gia đình. Điểm cộng lớn vì buổi tối rs mở đèn sáng cho cả các lối đi và khu chơi cho các bé, siêu tâm lý luôn.

Hơi ít ổ cắm trong phòng, phòng mình ở ổ cắm ngay giường bị lỏng, giường hơi kêu 1 chút.

Đồ ăn quá dở. Gọi là quá dở, từ ăn sáng ăn trưa ăn tối. Set ăn vừa ít mà vừa dở lại không có sự đa dạng.
