Carmelina Beach Resort Ho Tram

Ich war eine Woche im Carmelina Beach Resort. Der Garten ist wundervoll, das Personal super, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Besonders Snow und Matthew aus dem Restaurant und Tram aus dem Spa-Bereich. Ebenfalls die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption und Naomi. Das Ressort ist sehr sauber und angenehm, hat geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer und ein sehr leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Buffet. Das einzige, was mich gestört hat - leider auf täglicher Basis von 6:00 Uhr morgens bis 22:00 Uhr - war der Baulärm vom Nachbargrundstück! Ich habe zwar eine Kompensation in Form von Massagen vom Resort bekommen, das hat den Lärm aber leider nicht weg gezaubert… in dieser Ecke werden so viele riesige Hotelanlagen gebaut, dabei gibt es schon etliche Hotel-Bauruinen, Resorts und Condo-Dörfer, die leer stehen und an denen niemand Interesse hat! Sehr, sehr schade!!!

Wie oben beschrieben: der Baulärm, für den das Hotel allerdings nichts kann…

Carmelina has a big beautiful and very clean territory with 3 swimming pools, each has an are for kids which we really liked staying with a 2-year old. The room very clean, bed 10/10. The breakfast was fabulous, nothing to complain, many option for different nationalities. We also enjoyed having a room service from the restaurant a couple of times for dinner. The property is well equipped with all you need and your can stay there without leaving. We loved the rabbit farm, chickens - our son had first experience feeding them. On the last day we found a kids room which was spacious and had many option to play. On the top of that all the time we felt welcome from the stuff - it felt like home and everybody was so friendly! Especially we’d like to mention our big help in all troubles David - he brought us to the hospital when my husband felt bad and stayed there with us making sure we could get all the correct treatment from the doctor. Thank you, David and all the team! We really plan to come there once again with a bigger company!

The sea in January is not really for swimming - more like jumping in the waves in morning. But we had a gray option - a beautiful swimming pool with salty water in front of the sea.

Staff were very kind and attentive. Very well catered for families. Gardens were beautiful.

A bit of noise next door due to construction. Only 2x bottles of water provided per day and needed to pay for additional.

Heel Vriendelijk personeel. Mooi ingerichte en onderhouden tuin.

Het restaurant is erg groot en wit. Omdat er zo weinig gasten waren, is dat niet warm en gezellig

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff was amazing and made us feel very welcome.
