First of all, as we stayed almost 2 weeks and had booked 2 different room types, I must say it was beyond my expectations. The kindness and helpfullness of all the staff was amazing!! I really wanna say my big THANK YOU to Thao, Mateo and David! I felt like home away from home. If I forget anything, they got it for me online and delivered to room! The food ( including breakfast) was delicious and bonus- from their own garden!!! Super bio!! They cleaned everything daily and trust me, when I tell you it was cleaner than in most of the hotels I visited. The garden, facilities, beach - everything well maintained and beautifull. We are definetelly comming back!!

There is a construction right next door, but in most of the rooms you won ´t be able to hear anything.

Food choices for breakfast (Buffet) are excellent. Everything in the restaurant area is kept clean and tidy. Restaurant area is spacious with plenty of space and with sea view. Lunch/Dinner menu has a good combination of Asian and Western dishes. Spray-free herbs and veggies gardens that catering for the restaurant is a bonus. Gardens and fish ponds are kept clean and well maintained. Kids have many activities to choose from, say playgrounds, pools, rabbits, birds, chicken are around to play with. Salt water pool looking over the ocean is awesome. Location of the Resort is great for those people who seek a quiet and relax atmosphere. Last but not least, staff are very friendly and helpful. They made our stay very special by offering a cute little birthday cake for our son to our surprise. We highly appreciate that!

Rubbish and trash that are washed onshore aren't picked up regularly. Beach patrol/lifeguards of the Resort may help picking up the trash; OR a sign along the beach front may be put up saying something like “Every piece of litter removed helps protect marine life.”

Sehr schöne anlage

Viel zu teuer für das wases war. Das Meer war viel zu wild und man konnte nicht baden. Am Pool gibt es kein Service wo man mal etwas trinken kann oder essen, dies gibt es nur am hauptpool. Am pool gibt es keine matratzen für die liegen.Das morgenessen war sehr gross jedoch war es nicht so auf westliche bedürfnisse ausgerichtet. Die karte für das abendessen ist nicht vielseitig. Es gibt nur 1 Reataurant.

Our stay was exceptional, made truly special by the outstanding hospitality of Raurker and Lan Anh. We stayed in a pool-front bungalow that was impressively clean, cozy, and featured a unique outdoor shower that offered a wonderful exotic vibe. Although we only tried the breakfast, every meal was delightful with a refreshing variety that catered to different tastes each day. Traveling with a 10-month-old and a 5-year-old can be stressful, but the genuine kindness of the staff made this the most family-friendly resort we’ve experienced. Unlike typical franchises, the staff here seem truly happy, which reflects in their incredible service. Meeting guests who have returned every season for 13 consecutive years spoke volumes about this hidden gem. We’ve already decided to make this an annual tradition and look forward to enjoying the sports facilities as our children grow!

Resort je výborný pre rodiny s deťmi. Veľmi veľa aktivit pre deti, to hodnotíme hodne kladne. Personál hodnotíme na výbornú, veľmi ochotný, milý, nápomocný, príjemný, horšia angličtina, ale to nám vōbec nevadilo, keď sme nerozumeli, dali sme prekladač. Vstup do mora nie je úplne ideálny, najlepšie ísť hneď ráno keď je odliv, poobede začnú docela velké vlny. Je tu jedna reštaurácia a ceny možno zbytočne hodne nadhodené. Nádherné zahrady a zeleň v resorte. Mali sme tu Silvester. Všetci sa strašne snažili, aby nám urobili krásny čas a to sa podarilo. Bolo to veľmi príjemné. Lokalita je naročnejšia pokiaľ idete zo Saigonu, išli sme 4,5 hodiny z letiska. Na dlhší pobyt to stojí za to :). Hotel sa asi postupne rekonštruuje a postupně zlepšia aj oblasť pláže.

Nádherná zahrada, výborné snídaně, velmi přátelský a nápomocný personál, fajn pláž i bazén

Vytkl bych jen dvě drobnosti: asijské jídlo z á la carte menu bylo až příliš přizpůsobené západním turistům (a tedy bez chuti). Cena praní prádla byla příliš vysoká.
