Great location, great host, room had all the facilities and amenities that we needed, mini fridge was stocked with the basics and cereals/bread and jams with teas and coffees very welcome, as well as TV streaming services. Everything was thought of!

The property was very clean and comfortable, the location was perfect. It had everything we needed and was easy to to locate.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. We loved it.

What an incredible place! Cozy while being spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The extra little gifts (bread, jams, yogurts, biscuits, teas/coffees, fresh milk, orange juice, beer/wine) was a lovely surprise that really put the cherry on top. The room is very clean/neat and beautifully decorated. Joanne was a very warm and friendly host who we felt we could approach if we had any questions or issues. Genuinely one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in. Worth every penny. Will definitely be recommending this little gem to family and friends!

Breakfast was fine if anything limited choice with cereals.location fine .handt for town centre but definitely need the car..

Nearly every thing was excellent ,took us a while to find you.One observation as I mentioned in your guest book,the carpet in the bathroom can slip across the tiles if one isn’t careful other than that we enjoyed our stay .thank you very much.y

Very clean and cosy great location spoke with the owner Joanne with regards to checking out later and it wasn’t a problem it was very much appreciated.

Just the heating could have been turned on ready for our arrival as the temperature were minus outside and during our stay so would have been nice to walk into a warmer room.
