Absolutely beautiful bijou holiday let, everything we needed and more, excellent attention to detail and so many added extra’s that we really did not expect.

Absolutely nothing, it was a perfect stay and we would most definitely return.

"The perfect place to stay when visiting Knaresborough"

Loved our stay at Castle Ings Jem. Joanne is the perfect host and absolutely great communication and a friendly welcome. Great that it has parking which takes away the hassle of finding somewhere to park in Knaresborough. The property has everything you need and a real bonus for the breakfast items (cereal and toast)and milk, orange juice and yoghurt in the fridge. Some lovely free biscuits too. The bed was really comfortable. Loved the location. A short walk down to the river or up to the main town. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Knaresborough

"One To R emember"

The location of the property to the town and the parking space provided were a great benefit to us. The accommodation is one of the nicest B&Bs I've had the privilege to stay at. The provision of a welcome pack and great selection for a light breakfast in the morning was ideal for us. Joanne the host is a very kind and considerate person who is always available should you need any help. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to future guests.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.😊

"Excellent property and host"

The property was as described, clean comfortable with everything we needed including a very nice continental breakfast unfortunately we had to cut our visit short due to illness. Our host was very understanding and helpful Thank you We are definitely booking again

"A beautiful stay in a beautiful property"

The property was great , clean and everything you need for a short break

Just one thing and it’s not the property as such My wife has mobility issues and with castle Ings gem been halfway up a hill it’s hardwork for her to just go out for a short stroll down by the river which as the crow flies is next door . That’s not a negative about Castle Ings Gem that’s just my wife’s issues .

Everything was perfect, couldn’t have suited us better, the decor was lovely and we had 3 good nights sleep, very comfortable.
