"A lovely place for a relaxation stay."

Lovely choice of breakfasts offered, plus some extras! Comfy bed and blackout blinds. Onsite parking and close to the town centre.

Could do with a grab rail in the shower room for the less mobile.

"Very nice property and host,helped make the most of our stay."

The property is in excellent location to see knaresborough and it had everything we needed and more for our stay,it was well stocked with things for breakfast and drinks and other things which we didn’t expect.there was plenty of room for the two of us and was very clean and our host Joanne couldn’t do enough for us and any questions were answered promptly,she also posted some clothes we left behind and wouldn’t accept any payment.Very impressed all round and would definitely use again.

No dislikes.

"Wonderful accommodation. Centrally placed. We didn’t use the car while we were there."

So many things we didn’t expect. Generous breakfast supplies. Good choice of breakfast. Lots of coffee and tea. Drinks in the fridge. Fresh milk . Plenty of toiletries.

Nothing to dislike. We were able to park on the owners drive. Tight getting in and out. Might be a problem for cautious less confident drivers.

Everything we needed for breakfast and more was provided, plus some welcome surprise extras. Excellent accommodation and facilities. Very comfortable, in an excellent location, with Joanne the owner very close to hand if required.
