There is absolutely everything you could need in this snug little room and the location is perfect.

The accommodation is self contained, clean and comfortable with off road parking.

The shower room is very small but usable.

It was our second visit and it was just as nice as we remembered,

It was like staying in a house in miniature, Joanne a very friendly host, all the extras we're so thoughtful & very useful, if we're ever near knareresborough again, we'll return without doubt

Everything was great . Very clean and comfortable. Location very central and quiet. Everything you could possibly need was thought of.

Amazing stay. Joanne thought of everything a guest might want and her book of the unit and town was very helpful. Beautifully decorated.

Initially had issue finding it as thought Jem was part of address.

The host’s Joanne & Stewie go out of their way to make your stay welcoming. They are very friendly, & very accommodating. The property is so clean, & comfortable, really well stocked with many thoughtful touches. We had a lovely four nights & would certainly recommend this accommodation.
