Location and a very helpful and nice maintenance guy who helped us as we had a locked broken door and no windows in 30 degree heat.

Don’t book thinking you’d get the room showed on the pictures because you won’t, for what I paid for one night was really not worth it! We had a basic double room with shared balcony with complete strangers. at first the door was broken so it wouldn’t open and had no windows in a heatwave, luckily the maintenance man broke the lock so we could get some air into the room as it was like an oven! Tried asking at reception to swap rooms as I couldn’t get a refund, she said it was fully booked although they had rooms available still on the website?! Not to mention when we arrived some guy who was clearly being a nuisance as they had to call security on him verbally harassed my 16 year old daughter but all we got was a sorry from the reception lady I understand that was no fault of the staff but people like that need to be Dealt with more efficiently for the safety of their guests. So overall not a great experience and will never be staying here again.
