Rude staff Everything falling apart Dirty rim on toilet Tiny room Had to ask for more pillows

Lovely hotel, lovely, helpful staff and great location

Location was very near pier which was good. Not far to walk. And loved the entertainment at hotel, plus its dog friendly.

No where to park, had to park a few streets away. Then when I did move car near to hotel was a pain having to go out to replace parking ticket.

The entertainment staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was ok

The room could do with good overall we had to go down and tell reception that there were brown marks all over the toilet door and the metal push plate they did clean most of it off but they left it on the edge of the door, why is there only 2 pillows in the room if its for 2 people there should be 4 pillows in the room, we were going to have evening meals t the hotel as it was showing a cooked meal i.e meat, potatoes, veg and advertised for £15.00. Reception advised the menu for meal was on the wall had a look and choice was soup to start mains 2 different types of curry pudding spotted dick.

Fantastic value for money, and plenty of facilities great view of Llandudno from the lounge.

Evening meal could have done with a few more options
