der pool war super, immer sauber und sehr freundlicher mitarbeitedie hotelanlage ist sehr gross und etwas in die jahre gekommenr, hat spass gemacht mit ihm zu reden. die jungen mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht.

Location in central and easy for Yala safari pick up. Large outdoor heated pool

The service was very poor. From the check in process to the pool area, waiting ages for bags (which we collected ourselves after waiting 20 mins or more and calling twice) and restaurant staff. Staff were unhelpful and not welcoming. I would avoid the restaurant - much better food and value in town. No loo roll in the bathroom and poor wifi
