Breakfast was mainly local dishes. The omelet and hopper station was set up outside the restaurant, and we were only informed about it when we were already halfway through our meal.

When we arrived, there was nobody to greet us. Not even security was present, so we were confused about where to park and which entrance to use. We later learned there were two entrances, one to the lobby and another to the restaurant. Around ten minutes after we arrived, a junior staff member walked by and I had to ask him where the entrance was. When we entered the lobby, the staff member there ignored us and stayed on his phone. After about two minutes he briefly asked what we wanted, without greeting us. We arrived around 3 pm, but the room was not ready. He told us to wait five minutes because the rooms were “almost ready”. Twenty minutes later they were still not ready. Only then did he bring me two keys, saying one room was ready and the other would be ready in another five minutes. Inside the room, one of the bulbs didn’t work so the room was too dark. For our double room, they had arranged two twin beds instead of one double bed, even though we did not request that. The triple room also had two twin beds plus a single bed. The AC didn’t work, the Wi-Fi had no data, and the corridor outside the room was not clean.Even in the gym, the treadmill was not working. Overall, the booking was not worth the price.

Staff friendly but extremely shabbily attired, very ‘unprofessional’ and clearly had no training at all

Very quiet place. No activities when we were there. If you want a place to unwind quietly, this is the place for you. Large room and bathroom. Nearby the temples.

Location was very good, near to safari . Room size and resort space was good

Staff behavior very disappointing. Only two water provided for the more they charge x3 times higher the standard price ! Pool and facilities around it not clean , monkey drink water from pool and they don’t care about skin disease! Pool boards and mattress not clean ! They provide only one towels for the pool not more!

Even though the building is a little old, everything was clean and the pool was a very nice addition to our stay. The pool attendant man was very friendly and the bar keeper also made very tasty cocktails.

The food at the restaurant was simply bad. We had to eat one lunch and one dinner at the place and both times were a big disappointment.
