Mandara Rosen Yala, Kataragama

Het was erg rustig en het personeel was vriendelijk. Ze deden hun best aan het zwembad om een leuk praatje te maken en fijne handdoeken. Het is wel een beetje ouderwets en heel weinig gasten.

Bij de boeking heb ik via booking meerdere vragen gesteld over de safari en of we dit konden boeken. Echter konden we dit pas bij aankomst regelen. Wij hebben dat gedaan 5:30 afgesproken om opgehaald te worden, maar er was geen jeep. Na heel nadrukkelijk aandringen, doorvragen etc hebben we uiteindelijk nog een jeep gekregen om 6:10.

There were many things like a broken TV, electrical switches that were loose & not safe, no wifi in room, very dark as lighting sparse, room safe not working. Management lack of concern for defects. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

The people were very friendly and accommodating during our stay, the pool was excellent!

The quality of the rooms. I had stayed here over 2 years ago and it was really good but there has been a serious degradation of quality. I had booked 4 rooms for my family and all of them complained about a horrible smell coming from the toilet. The bedsheet in my room had holes in it, similar to that of cigarette holes. The rooms could be cleaner. It seems like there has been very little to no maintenance done in the rooms since the 2 years I visited. It was not worth the value for money.

Our stay was very short and couldn't enjoy the hotel facilities and provisions!

I loved the environment, the first impression was fantastic. The room was very spacious, quiet and very comfy. Spent a lovely night. It's located just 2km away from Kataragama Temple and was very convenient.

Everything was above and beyond so had nothing to say that I didn't like it.

I’m very happy that they are very kind hospitality!

For me except one thing other all are good the room lights are bit dark!
