Location and breakfast was a good spread

The rooms were not clean and very run down ..outside the room area was extremely dirty ..the rooms need a upgrade and cleanliness needs to be given lot of focus

We booked this property as it was close to Block 4-5 of Yala NP. Our kids enjoyed the large pool. The rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The roadside cafe at the front of the hotel took an hour to serve our lunch. Eating outside of the hotel required a tuk-tuk, as it was 15 mins to walk into town.

Location and size of rooms. Has a nice pool too. The morning buffet was excellent

The property needs up lift and some painting of the rooms. The shower water was getting flooded.

Raja the pool attendant and despite a poor selection the food tasted good

Bathroom was dirty with a build up of scum around the bath and public hair. Many of the employees didn't have basic English. Bar was poor with limited offering and someone had to ask for it to be opened one evening as noone around. Poor information on facilities, lunch is advertised in lobby but not actually available. Overall a very run down hotel that wouldn't take much investment and effort to bring it back to life

I found the price a bit high with regards to the level of quality, this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Will deserve 3 stars

The room was not clean , the floor was dusty

The hotel has standard rooms and is very clean. All the staff from reception to the restaurant were really friendly. The room was clean, nice, and spacious.
