The location was good.

The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped properly ever. No central a/c. There was two blankets for three people. One singular towel for each of us. Two toilet paper rolls. No cooking utensils. We didn’t feel comfortable using the singular knife because it was rusted and chipped. The entire apartment was super dingy and needed an update really bad. They also kept asking us to rate them 5 stars (WiFi password, account names on tv, in every single message) which was really strange considering we weren’t provided with 5 star facilities. The reason we didn’t go to a hotel was so we could have a kitchen to cook in and there was literally nothing to cook with.

We encountered a small issue when we arrived, which was no problem once I reached out to staff they quickly fixed it and gave us another room. The room was very nice and more than enough beds in space for us. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Also this is in a beautiful neighborhood with Castle Lake houses very beautiful well kept historical looking homes Surrounding the property. Also they have a pool right out the front door

the house inside looks good. they did their best decorating the house. everything seemed fine. the decorations look fancy. the house had accessories like shampoo, bodywash, cleaning stuff. overall it was a good stay.

the house was not very clean. it was a little dirty, specially the floor. the house seemed suffocating. only can open the back window. the front window doesn't have any safety grill or something, once opened people can get inside using the window. the community surrounding was good, but neighborhood inside the building was not good. price was a little bit high.
