Serene Heights Oasis with Pool

The interior of the apartment was nicer than expected. The area and price were perfect.

Great space and clean!

Proximity to everything, easy access

More towels would have been helpful, but we made it work :)

The location was ideal. Loved being able to walk to the local juice/smoothie stop and downtown Montrose was a short cab ride away.

The poles where the parking was made it a little tricky getting my back seat passengers out, but there’s nothing to be done about that. Not a huge inconvenience at all.

Absolutely nothing besides the fact that it was in Houston

Upon arriving, the floors were so filthy that our feet and socks were blackened within five minutes. Naturally, I went to check the bedsheets unfortunately, every bed was dirty, covered in hair. Inthe main bedroom The bed was clearly used by a very loving couple. This was communicated to Angie immediately and told us that she would have someone come while we were gone and clean the floor and sheets and give us more toilet paper. This did not happen until the next day. We couldnt use the Airbnb that night. Was told that we would be compensated for the inconvenience and then given the work around for the next three days on our last day of staying We asked if we could get a later check out time we were never responded to and upon leaving, Angie showed up to complain to us when I told her that it’s very inconsiderate of her to be complaining to us about how long it’s taking for us to leave When our stay was so honestly terrible. And most unfortunate of all throughout the weekend. A whole bag of food came up missing a couple of pieces of jewelry and one pair of shoes.

Everything was nice setup clean and very comfortable

I truly liked everything it’s a cozy home and can fit at least a family of 6 it was a place I would recommend and ima definitely booking again

We received a text the day of stating that there was an AC problem and we were switched to a different accommodation, supposedly an upgrade. We received the address and proceeded to go there once we arrived. The accommodations were not what we expected. The surroundings were in a terrible neighborhood, dirty, with trash everywhere. I was not going to stay there with my Young children.
