This property is located in a nice neighborhood of Houston that is centrally located, so it's easy to get around to other places you might want to go. It is also inexpensive for the area. There are some great restaurants and places to visit nearby, as well.

The listing says there is a pool available, but when I arrived the pool was very dirty and there was a sign saying the pool was closed until further notice. The pool closure was not made clear when I booked my stay here. Also, the floors of the unit where I was staying were filthy. It looked like they hadn't been mopped in a long time. I brought these issues up with the owners, and they offered to refund part of the cost of my stay, but after 3 weeks that refund has still not arrived. This place needs new management and updated cleaning/sanitation policies before I would stay here again.
