Le Maree Deluxe Apartment by Dimore Trinacria

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, which offers a beautiful sea view from both the balcony and the terrace. The location is extremely convenient for exploring Ortigia, and everything was spotlessly clean. We would highly recommend this apartment to any family visiting Ortigia, Sicily.

We had a nice view of the ocean and marina from our balconies and upper terrace (private). The apartment was spacious, open and airy.

There was some wear and tear. It could have used a coat of paint and replacement of damaged or scratched furniture. It wasn't horrible or anything, just noticeable to my eye.

Lots of stairs due to the several levels. No issue for us, but could be for some.

An absolutely beautiful 3 floor apartment overlooking the water, right near the market, and not too far from the bridge from Siracusa. Every comfort was thought of, and the rooftop private terrace was spectacular. The host was prompt and friendly in communicating. It's a big unit, sleeps 7-8, and we were just two, but I booked it for the view and location. We felt safe the entire time, it was quiet and oh so comfortable. Great AC and water pressure and temperature. The nicest place of our 2 week stay around Sicily. Note there are steps coming up to the apartment, the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, and the terrace on 3rd. If you're older (like me) and have big luggage, the stairs might be a factor. Fortunately I had a younger family member who handled my luggage :)

In Ortigia close to the tourist sites yet slightly off the beaten path . Spacious - pleasant . Lovely rooftop terrace.

We were 4 men cycling through Sicily hence this was fine . One of the beds was in a ‘hallway’ - not ideal but still functional . We needed four separate beds hence not perfect for us

Everything was perfect! Location wonderfull, 2 toilets, kitchen with all needed great view, helpfull host and it was so nice to enjoy the sun on the rooftop

Nothing

The terrace was great and the apartment is well located in a traditional block with lovely features. It is easy to find and then walk around Ortigia - no car needed!

There are a few small changes that could really upgrade the property.

Brilliant location, washing machine and drier, beautiful architecture and view, second toilet, air-conditioning ;) Also provided some basics like soap, coffee, tea.

We didn’t find the tea towels!

Perfect location with incredible views. Lovely sun terrace on roof, with comfortable furniture. One very large bedroom with bathroom and shower next to it. Second bedroom is smaller with curtain pull along to give privacy. Second toilet and sink downstairs next to kitchen. Very clean, washer and dryer were great, and usual kitchen facilities, plus lots of towels and bath robes available. Great place to stay in beautiful Syracuse.
