The Little Bear Apartment Birkdale Village

Loved it here, Birkdale station is right outside the property, easy route to Southport for the day. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Bars and shops within the vicinity of the apartment if you didn't fancy going into Southport.

The only bad thing was that the curtains in the rooms were very thin voiles and vertical blinds. These didn't keep the light out, so we were awake just after sunrise as the sun was beaming into the bedrooms. It's not good when you have moody teenagers and a 5 year old, lol

Apartment is spacious, good value for money

On Saturday it was extremly loud, because there is not only pub downstairs but few nightclubs around.

Large, sunny, and comfortable apartment in a nice little corner with lots of restaurants and shops. Conveniently located next to Birkdale railway station,only one train stop from Southport. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Great value for money, we would book it again.

The place could do with some improvements to make it nicer and more comfortable, particularly for us thick blinds or curtains to block the light. You can hear the trains passing by, but this wasn’t a problem for us.

Absolutely brilliant stay with No4. Staff and location. Spacious, well equipped and very comfy. Did us as a family of 4!

Ideal location for us. Clean & comfy. 11:00 check -out. The karaoke stops at 01:00a.m.

A few things need fixing to make this place great...the peeling wallpaper..the toilet moves when you stand next to it, split lino in the kitchen, a couple of cracks in the walls, the grouting in the bathroom..also, there's a spot- light outside that has twisted off its bracket and shinning into the bedroom..ok..ish 'cause of the black-out curtains but the back bedroom hasn't got black-outs ...just little tweeks.
