Trebartha East The Round House

one of the most beautiful hotels in the country. the setting on top of a hill is magnificent. the staff are all friendly and helpful. the breakfast plentiful and the dinner we had one evening was also delicious. We were fortunate to have the place to ourselves, but with only 4 rooms it wouldn't have felt full regardless. we had a problem with a roof leaks but the staff were very quick to deal with it. excellent.

Truly splendid property. Immersed in nature, perfect if you are looking for a peaceful stay away from the city. But still a short drive away from Ahangama beach. Ample room, with a lot of amenities, including floor to ceiling windows overviewing the paddy fields. The food was delicious, and since the property lies atop a hill in cinnamon plantation, you can easily find this spice used in a lot of the dishes. The staff was friendly and prompt. We felt very well taken care of throughout the whole stay. Will definitely return.

I loved my stay at the Trebertha, the staff was amazing and so helpful and the property is a gem. It has an amazing design and for those who are looking to disconnect it is the place to stay. Tharaka and the was over the top and insanely helpful and they made my flawless and excellent

I’d put some more vegetarian options on the menu, but I’m sure if you’d ask they could change something easily.

A truly unique and special experience. The and decor of the roundhouse is top notch and feels very special. The rooms are spacious with beautiful views and gorgeous floor to ceiling sliding doors/windows for an indoor/outdoor feel. Kasun and the Trebartha team is so attentive and welcoming and the food was delicious. I look forward to staying again :) 5* quality
