Stelle Di Monte was by far the best hotel during our 2 weeks visit to Tuscany. Nathalie and Igor are the best and they will make you feel home. The rooms are very nice, location is great (just few minutes driving to Montepulciano), and the view is amazing. Igor is a fantastic Chef and prepared the best dinner we had in our trip. We highly recommend this hotel

This was by far the highlight of our trip! Do not hesitate to book if you’re looking for the quintessential Tuscany countryside getaway at an amazingly charming place with jaw dropping views! This is a recently renovated property that took 3 years to complete — ask for pictures. You will be amazed at what the owners have created. Its very hard to describe in words but it is nothing short of magic. You are greeted by a lovely couple, Igor and Nathalie. This dynamic duo have created something so special that I know for sure they will be the type of place booked out 6 months in advance in the near future. Igor is world traveled with 30 years of cooking experience at Michelin star restaurants. He is so humble and modest you’d never know it. His cooking is unbelievable and you can tell it is a passion for him. By far the best meal we had and I can still taste the meals he put together. Only available to people staying at the B&B but if he were to ever open to general public he would definitely be booked out as well. Nathalie is the organizer and I felt the one “ behind the scenes” making sure everything is operating smoothly but really they are a duo and both make this place one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. She is so sweet and kind. Has the motherly feel about her — she sends you her recipe for these awesome biscuits at dinner. You will have multiple conversations with them and you will feel like family/friends very quickly. They are really passionate and work very hard to create this one of a kind experience. You will feel like family the moment you step onto their property and will only wish to come back in the near future. Oh and the breakfasts are also amazing and cooked to your preference. They work hard and making sure you start your day off right and are highly knowledgeable about the area and send you a welcome text or message giving you ideas of what to do in the area.

Hmmmm WI-FI was sometimes shotty but that’s okay wasn’t at this place for being on my phone They have this amazing new grotto/hot tub that they just finished. Closes at 7p — would recommend this being open until 9p as most people are out exploring.

Stelle di Monte, we loved everything about the property. our first night we had a lovely dinner in the wine cellar prepared by the hosts, exceptional! also had a welcome wine for us with a brief detail of the property. Fresh breakfast every morning with a view of Montelpulciano and the surround area, breathtaking. the hosts were amazing and Stelle di Monte did not disappoint, oh and a 10-15 min walk to the town. I didn’t know what to expect from Toscana, but this exceeded every expectation.

The property was clean, spacious, outstanding, immaculate, overall, just charming in itself (the views don’t hurt either!)

The food was incredible. The service. And the views!

Just WOW! We were very much looking forward to our visit and had high hopes for it. Even from the second we booked the owners reached out offering advise on food, travel, things to do etc which was incredibly helpful (100% book Fred in advance for wine tours! We had the best experience) On arrival the welcome was incredibly friendly and professional with the owners meetings us and letting us soak in the beautiful views! The room was exactly as per photos provided, especially the bathroom was a lovely design. We also dinned in the wine cellar with food provided by the very talented Igor. This was such a special evening with the perfect amount of friendly chat, info on food, wine suggestion etc but also allowed a very romantic setting for us as a couple of enjoy our evening together. Would highly recommend this! The area surrounding is lovely and a short (but up hill) walk to the town. So many lovely places and Natalie and Igor were happy to help with recommendations. We simply couldn't speak highly enough of this accommodation and the owners! We cannot wait to visit again!

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Five stars are not enough to describe the paradise that Nathalie and Igor have created at Stelle di Monte. Everything is absolutely impeccable. We stayed for two nights in the Antica Scuderia suite and it was perfection. The bed was extremely comfortable and the chromotherapy shower was so lovely after travelling across the Atlantic. The views of the valley and Montepulciano from the room and the common green space just outside were phenomenal. The location was also fantastic, close enough to walk into the old city but not too close that you felt overtaken by tourists. The most incredible part of our stay was the care and service provided by Nathalie and Igor. They are truly lovely people who have put their heart and soul into lovingly restoring this historic gem of a property. The dinner meal prepared for us by Igor was the highlight of all the meals we had during our trip in Tuscany and Florence and the morning breakfasts were also incredible accompanied with the mist and stunning views. Nathalie’s recommendations and help with bookings also made sure we didn’t miss out on all that the region had to offer. The only thing we would change about our trip for the next time is to plan to stay longer than two nights! Thank you so much Nathalie and Igor for helping us celebrate our babymoon in such a wonderful way and for going above and beyond for our every needs.
