An unbelievable place....beautiful room, amazing location overlooking Tuscan vineyards, valleys, and in the background Montepulciano! Fantastic Hosts.....that transform the place from a Guest Accommodation to a life experience.... Igor is the spearhead, and Nathalie the silent power. Apart from the stunning views, the excellent location (just 5mins to the Historic city), the space-comfort-cleanliness of the room, here the food is exceptional....the best Montepulciano has to offer! Dont miss out of Igor's gastronomic creations and the findings in his cellar. Thank you for everything.....we will be back soon!

Everything! Igor and Nathalie were the perfect hosts, friendly and welcoming, as if we were friends rather than guests. So accommodating and helpful even before arrival with recommendations and booking us into restaurants or tours. We ate in their restaurant on the first night which was truly a special evening out on the terrace overlooking the city. Food amazing. Cleanliness and decor perfect.

Our three night stay at Stelle di Monte was a highlight of our 15 day trip to Italy! We could not get enough of the picturesque views from the property. Watching the sun set over Montepulciano every evening was just stunning. Igor and Nathalie have done a phenomenal job renovating this gorgeous property. The high quality finishes and the very comfortable beds and furnishings made it difficult to leave. Their hospitality and attention to detail is second to none. We were served a lovely breakfast every morning and enjoyed that gorgeous view before heading out to explore. Igor prepared a meal for us on our first evening. It was the best meal of our trip! The walk to the town is very easy and driving in the area was not a problem at all. We can’t wait to return one day!

Everything was perfect! there are no enough words to describe our stay. Amazing views, beautiful room design, delicious breakfast (with a large selection). The location was excellent - a few minutes driving to the city center and a great starting point to explore other places in the area. The hosts were amazing and helped with restaurants and wineries reservations (and they also provided great recommendations).

Igor and Nathalie have created a luxury guest house perfect for couples. The rooms are all unique but share dramatic views of Montepulciano as well as a beautiful valley dotted with Italian farms. A delicious full breakfast was served each morning on the sunny terrace. One night Igor prepared an Italian dinner using local organic ingredients. The food was exceptional, as was the ambiance as we dined in a renovated 2500 year old Etruscan wine vault. Stelle di Monte is the perfect base for exploring the Val d’Orcia region by car.

The location is fantastic, the views of Montepulciano are stunning and the hotel is incredible. Nathalie and Igor where super helpful and a phenomenal host. Everything was more that we expected.

Stelle di Monte is absolutely beautiful, the attention to detail and the care that the owners, Nathalie and Igor put into everything they do is exceptional.

Igor and Natalie are amazing hosts. And you cannot beat the location given it's a short walk up to Montepulciano. Breakfast and dinner, prepared by Chef Igor outside (weather permitting) with amazing views- truly outstanding.

I think given a little time the property will be even better as it's only been operating a short while. The indoor restaurant is still a bit of a work in progress but functional and comfortable for now.

Stelle di Monte is like out of a painting or postcard of Montepulciano, located on rolling Tuscan hills surrounded by olive trees and vineyards - and a perfect view of the medieval town. The property is carefully renovated by Igor and Nathalie, the owners of this beautiful 400 year old farmhouse, and every detail is high end and incredibly stylish yet full of charm. Go stay here for Igor’s cooking alone! You will never have a better truffle-inspired dining experience, or more wonderful breakfasts in the garden. The farmhouse is located a quick 15-20 minute walk from Montepulciano, which helps a lot since it’s not a drivable town and parking can be tricky to find. The area has no shortage of great restaurants for every price range, and there are a number of high end vineyards to tour.
