It had lovely views from the property of the surrounding countryside, the size of the rooms, friendliness of the hosts and cleanliness of the property !

This was a fantastic find lovely place to stay luxurious accomodation. The host Mylo and Poppy are lovely too they looked after us very well. We would definately go again.

Everything! The cottage had such a lovely vibe to it, it was very cosy, comfortable, clean and welcoming Lovely beds, fresh crisp linen & plenty hot water at the turn of a tap. Very nice welcome basket and milk in the fridge. Our whole stay felt luxurious but homely at the same time.

Excellent communication, exceptionally clean, warm and spacious - a big bonus to have two en suite bathrooms too! And delicious banana bread on arrival - thank you 😊Beautiful location too.

We loved the property and would definitely return and recommend to friends - a bonus would be to have slightly better lighting in one of the bathrooms near the mirror and possibly a magnifying mirror too in one of the bathrooms. And maybe a hook or towel rail in the kitchen area for a hand towel and tea towels. We also thought a little map of the estate would be helpful too but these are not essential items - just some ideas to make it even better than it was!

A charming period property that was warm and welcoming , host was charming and breakfast lovely , loved the ‘pantry’ where you could help yourself to tea or coffee along with sweet treats.

It was a lovely stay. Mylo was the most genial host imaginable - delightful, helpful, accommodating and a mine of useful information as to where to go and what to do. The rooms - ah, the rooms. What a delight. Just perfect country house - and an extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom was the standout for us, with endless hot water, but everything about it was just right. The breakfasts were also delicious - beautifully done, not too much, never too little, to cater for every taste. The little touch of the cakes in the tea room were very welcome and Poppy is obviously a foodie. Try and get the chocolate brownie recipe if at all possible, but the flapjacks were a real hit too. The location is also ideal - right out into beautiful countryside, but just close enough to the local village and sightseeing was never far away

Mylo our host was incredibly approachable and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble from the moment we arrived until leaving. Breakfast fabulous, the use of the private lounge and a pantry where you can help yourself to tea, coffee and homemade biscuits, what a treat! And what a beautiful house, every room incredible. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you Mylo and Poppy.

Nothing, would love to return in warmer weather but would perhaps need a fan in the room for that.
