Stable Cottage at Yearle House

The surroundings are absolutely amazing and bucolic. Mylo is extremely kind, always available for any need.

Breakfast professionally great. Hosts charming and helpful. Comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Lovely area to explore. A real home from home.

Shower leaked a bit but easily fixed

We had an incredible stay at Yearle House. The interiors are just beautiful. Our room (Harthope) was lovely and big with wonderful views of the Northumbrian countryside! The bathroom was equally stunning. The breakfast was delicious, every little detail thought through (we both loved the homemade granola!) A huge thank you to Mylo and Poppy for being such excellent and welcoming hosts.

We had a delightful stay at Yearle House. Our room was beautiful particularly the bathroom. What a stunning view while enjoying some bubbles. The extra touches such as the pantry which was stocked daily with fresh goodies and the honesty bar were a lovely addition. Mylo was an excellent host and looked after us so well and thank you to Poppy for the excellent breakfasts.

The whole experience was exceptional, from the location and venue, which was spotless, and charming house. The host was extremely friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Without a doubt, it is the best holiday we have had and will be going back next year. Mylo would be the perfect person to train all other hosts about customer service. Despite not actually meeting Poppy, her cooking was out of this world, and her breakfast was outstanding, as we're here daily cookies. Thank you both for an amazing holiday.

Having to leave to come home, as despite being one of 3 couples staying at the time, we felt as if we were the only guests

It was very clean and cosy. Comfortable and welcoming. Everything was well thought out and your needs met.

It was classy and quiet. Very quiet, which was great. The host could not have been more helpful and friendly. We were made to feel our stay was special.

Nothing. Only the risk my satnav always wanted to lure us to the ford we had had been sensibly advised to avoid.

Huge bedroom with a big window. Very helpful and welcoming host. Lovely breakfast. Very comfortable sitting room with a wide range of books and a small honesty bar.

We had an exceptional short break at the wonderful Yearle House. The owners have thought of a very thing to make the perfect stay, from the beautifully appointed rooms, to the comfortable drawing room with honesty bar and the well-stocked pantry with coffee machine. I would highly recommend.

Mylo was so welcoming, we immediately felt comfortable and at home. Mylo and Poppy have thought of everything to make for a perfect stay. Beautiful property and wonderful views, even from the bath! Wonderful breakfast, and the pantry is a great idea.
