Very comfortable and clean and the staff were very accommodating.

We were upgraded to another room as it was our anniversary

Dirty fingerprints on the wine glass that was given to my wife. Main meals were disgusting Tried to complain but fobbed off with a Mikey Mouse 50 per cent voucher for another meal when we don't live locally.

The staff were all very friendly and quick to respond to everything, the building was beautiful. Loved the wonky stairs and upstairs corridors.

The bed was too soft for us and the shower was a little claustrophobic

Such a cozy room, with a super king sized bed that fitted my mum, me & my dog on comfortably. It was warm as toast.

Very old property with lots of charm

Quiet room was nice with plenty of hot water and warm radiators. Bed was comfy & linen good quality. Main hotel is lovely historic building.

Room was across the courtyard, right at the back. Path to room was obstructed by patio furniture outside another unit and stinging nettles - only option was to walk across the grass. Quiet location was great but unfortunately so far from hotel that WIFI was non-existent. Food in evening was fine but limited options as first choice was unavailable. Coffee machine was not working and only breakfast cereal on offer was Coco pops - assume this was all that was left over from multipacks since clientele appeared to be older than 10yrs...
