Wonderful place to stay. Staff and owners really helpful, food excellent. Snorkelling was great off private beach area. Easy enough to walk to town but scooter rental really cheap and Loys bike hire was only 3 mins walk away. Would stay again.

The resort was peaceful & quiet. We were greeted by the owner upon our arrival and the owner couple bid us goodbye when we left which was sweet of them.

The owners are Korean so on their food menu is just korean cuisine.

the owners are sweet and welcoming. the place is quiet and peaceful. located close enough to the center to get there walking but far enough to enjoy the quiet and the sea front. they offer lunch and dinner but its a one option only korean dish. we had it 3 times and enjoyed it. if you are a diver they organize dives in small groups only for hotel guests. they both are divemasters so you will be in good hands to discover the sardine run and other wonders.

In one line - we thought the reviews were too good to be true, but all they are all true. One of the best places we have ever stayed at and we can't wait to be back! We had an amazing time at Shuim Dive Resort. The owners and their staff are friendly and kind, and they made us feel like guests in their homes. They themselves have an amazing life story and they would gladly share that with you over dinner. We went swimming and snorkelling everyday (they provide all the equipment you'd need, for free) and spent a good amount of time just hanging out in the garden, having a beer, watching the ocean. The walk to the main street is super easy so we tried out a handful of restaurants, yet it is far enough that we sleep wonderfully every night in peace and quiet. And if you need tours or bikes, there is a provider right at the corner of the street. They had the most adorable dog and cats, and the owners are always around to make sure you have everything you need. We were even sad to leave at the end :(

This place is one of a kind. Only the most lucky and worthy people get to stay here. The owners are charming and view is breathtaking.

The boss is a Korean couple who are very warm and friendly. I love the scenery of the hotel bar the most. In the evening, I sit at the bar and enjoy the sea breeze. Outside the bar is the ocean. When I went snorkeling, I saw many starfish and sea urchins. The hotel also offers scuba diving, but unfortunately, I didn't go diving with the boss because I had already arranged activities before coming. There are many puppies and kittens in the hotel yard, they are very cute. Please don't hurt them
