Bedroom window could not be locked , bathroom window was not frosted and it was over looked you could be seen using the shower and toilet

Staff friendly helpful - definitely team work between them. Food excellent quality

Location great. Venue nice. Bed comfortable with clean crisp linen. Breakfast good and great coffee in dining room. Staff lovely.

Room not up to standard for £195 per night comparing to other hotels we have booked through booking.com. Should have been mentioned about loud disco music under room until midnight when booking, the room was bouncing. No fridge, bathroom door not working and dirty towel with makeup on in bathroom. Windows wouldn’t stay open for ventilation. No breakfast tea bags in room. Evening meal poor. Caesar salad old limp lettuce limited dressing and a stick in it that cut my mouth. Manager informed but appeared indifferent. Cheese board nice but grapes were old and wrinkled. Burger was cold and average. Not a great dining experience compared to previous years we have dined here. Disappointingly Hotel has declined in standard for the price charged.

The accommodation is very tired, bathroom was very poor and the amount charged didn't match the standard of accommodation. Delayed at check in, as staff trying to do 3 jobs. No room in the restaurant so we ended up having to sit at the bar and then the food we ordered wasn't available. When selecting a different option was then told that we would have to pay the difference. It was a Wednesday night...... 10% service charge on everything, which for eating in a bar was unacceptable. Wont be returning.
