"Great place with great people and great food"

Great place in a great touristic area. It was like a dream. Living in a hotel inside a fortress 🏰 Very clean. Staff very friendly and always smiling 😊 specially the kitchen team and cleaning team. Loved them all. The breakfast was superb 👌

The breakfast was excellent

There was quite a lot of noise after 10pm because the hotel owner had a birthday celebration on the premises.

Quiet location

On the first day they claimed a city wide problem with gas in order to justify the issue they had with their boiler (no hot water in the late afternoon). They knew it and they did not notify us at check in. On the second day they shut the water without notice in the evening, right when you need it. Not particularly helpful and no compensation for the disruption
