Everything was great. Overall very comfortable. The room was warm, spacious, clean and well-equipped. The location is easy to find and convenient to all major sights. Generous buffet breakfasts. Personalized attention from the friendly host. Recommended in every way.

Fantastic location in the center of old town! Very friendly and caring staff, reception team spoke great English. Breakfast had lots of options and also the restaurant was delicious - plus with a breathtaking view over the city!

Fantastic hotel with the best terrace overlooking 2 famous minarets, madrasa and the whole city of Khiva a world Unesco heritage city. This is the best location to walk around the city during the day or even at night (no need of a car). Room is cleaned, wifi is good, personnel is very professional. There is also a restaurant on the terrace, from where you can enjoy the sunset over the beautiful city. To reach Khiva from Bukhara, we took a day tour car transfer from Islambek agent stopping at 8 different fortresses. This worths it and avoids to waste time in the train between Boukhara and Khiva (as our number of days in Uzbekistan was very limited). Once in Khiva, there are plenty of guides available and the hotel can help you to find one if needed. The walking tour of the city lasts 4-5 hours.
