Days Hotel By Wyndham Neemrana

I didn't like anything about the hotel. What was placed on as the information on the internet was false information as what I actually experienced and got.

- I was promised a King suit with no problems but I got maximum problems in it. The jacuzzi was not functioning, the drainage was chocked and when I would use the washroom the water would overflow from the drainage. I was then degraded to a normal room in which the AC was making noise and there were tobacco packets on the floor. Further to this I was again shifted to another normal room where on asking for addition drinking water weather I would pay or not is a secondary point but the house keeping staff Jagdeep offered me used aquafina bottles which were refilled by RO water and I was told that this is normal practice in the hotel. With this said and the current scenario in and across the globe when we have the pandemic of Covid being spread it's really unhygienic to get open sealed aquafina used bottles with refilled RO water while not knowing who used those bottles before me. - I was promised by Deepak(Staff) to be given the Jacuzzi along with sauna and steam bath in the common area to be used for my all 2 Night/3 days stay but then the Staff Deepak just turned around to his wordings and disagreed to give me the promised facilities on the next day and was also told that the sauna and steam bath are not functioning as the motors are spoilt. I would request booking.com to please refund me my amount for the very bad and horrible stay I got at Days hotel Neemrana

Rooms and facilities are good. But Timely arrangements were not there when we check in.

Very good and staff is very cooperative 👌👌
