1-Location; good approach, right on the highway. 2-Building & rooms. 3-Underground parking 4-Restaurant.

1-Garden expansion needs to be expedited. 2-Clutter should be removed from underground parking. 3-Restaurant waiters need better personal grooming & training.

The rooms were dirty, the beds were smelly and the flush of the toilet was not working for both the rooms. I raised this to the hotel staff and they were like we will fix this on your next visit. The pool was also dirtly

Some of their staff was very attending and very polite.

They had not switched on the gaming area AC after telling multiple times. Pool was not clean. Room’s lights issue.

Staff needs more training. They need to be also informed about the sightseeing in the area. Also they are not prompt enough in answering to our requests. And although they said there was free WifI, Every time we asked for the password, they said we will call you in the room and tell you. They never did, till we left!

Food was good. Reachability is good. Price is pocket friendly. Nice ambience.

The ac of the room was getting off again and again, there was no ventilation in the room, even the exhausts were not working. Room electricity was getting disconnected again & again.

We called several times but nobody answered. Weird
