Only picked Hotel because of close proximity to customer meeting and because brand hotel was booked out. It’s OK for normal short stays but not recommend for business travel.

Ongoing construction work that was not mentioned. Room smelled like a mixture of paint and mold. Air conditioning could not be adjusted. Internet strength very weak and slow.

Breakfast was good and location is approachable right on the highway.

Service is very bad as we have experienced significant delays which was not anticipated.

Nothing more than what one likes at a lodge.

The bathroom taps were leaking.There was a bathtub in the bathroom from which water leaked to the entire bathroom and then into the room.No mats were laid outside the wet area of the bathroom...as such the entire bathroom was overflowing and stinking.Could not access hot water.Kettle given in the room was not working.Some of plug points did not work.The worst was the key card they provided.It would never let us open the door in the first go... second go or even in the third go.A different level of expertise was required to use that card...by twisting the card and by pulling the door tight.And when we tried to put that card in its holder..the entire holder came down the wall. The buffet was also not that good...or average.Dont go with much expectation.When we reached it was lunch time and when we asked the receptionist whether it was buffet,he replied "No",whereas it was.The spa and swimming pool area dint look hygienic enough.Overall it was such a bad but for such high price.
