Everything, there was mosquitoes in room and cockroaches in bed. Bad smell in room. They change room still situation was horrible only

We liked the restaurant. Food quality was very good and it was very tasty. Complementary breakfast is one of the gem. Resturant staff is very cooperative and humble. We enjoyed the swimming pool also. Room service is also very good. Rooms are spacious and neet and clean.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Except Tata Sky recharge. It was getting discharged everyday and was getting recharged on our request on daily basis.

Rooms were spacious.

They have a policy of giving only two 500 ml Aquafina water bottles per day. As it was a hot summer day we asked for more water to which the staff replied it’s chargeable @Rs 59/litre which is 3x the MRP. As an informed and rationale guest , we disagreed to pay the 3x price and asked them to provide us with filtered water. To our utter dismay and surprise, they refilled the discarded empty Aquafina bottles, used and disposed off by other resident guests, with filtered water and served us. Totally disgusting. Request the management to look into the same and mend their procedures to stay in business in this post pandemic world.
